  • Exception: If the property cannot accommodate the guest due to force majeure (e.g., municipal works, natural disasters), a refund will be issued provided that check-in has not been completed.

3. Property rules:

  • Parties or events are prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Restricted access:
    • Guests may only access the reserved accommodation (e.g., “SurfCheck House” or “SurfPoint House”).
    • Access to other areas of the property not included in the booking or locked areas is prohibited.
  • Quiet hours: According to local regulations, loud noises are prohibited after 10:00 PM.
  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

4. Responsibilities:

  • Guest:
    • Comply with the rules and leave the property in good condition.
    • Provide accurate information during check-in (legal requirement in the Canary Islands).
    • Responsible for any damages caused to the property.
  • Owner:
    • Deliver the property clean and in optimal condition.

5. Minors:
Accompanying adults are fully responsible for minors, including any material damages or incidents caused by their behavior.
